A Surprise Birthday Dinner at Casita in Sherman Oaks, CA

We had great fun bringing this event to life for an out of town client in need of festive florals for an intimate surprise birthday dinner at a local Mexican restaurant, Casita, in Sherman Oaks.

When we spoke on the phone in preparation, they didn't have a color preference, and gave us a lot of creative leeway to come up with a design scheme, which is always a delight for our team.

After checking out the venue and their menu, we decided to take inspiration from their signature cocktails, and imagined a fun and lively palette of vibrant and juicy corals and oranges.

We composed the vision using a textural mix of sustainable blossoms including the fluffiest ruffly Clooney ranunculus, meaty double tulips, locally grown butterfly ranunculus, and Crossandra "firecracker" blooms.

The resulting arrangements perfectly captured the exuberant, cheerful, and playful spirit perfect for a surprise celebration such as this.
