When a corporate client booked out the entire restaurant at Republique, a famous French-inspired formal dining room in Hollywood, CA, we knew we’d have to bring a big visual impact to fill the space…
… and we were up for the challenge!
Republique features a charming and warm European vibe, replete with natural wood tables and shelving, high ceilings, exposed brick walls, antique wall sconces, and tiled flooring — but as this was an evening ‘do, we aimed to elevate the space with elegance and panache, without competing with the existing elements.
Our design leaned on a modern and clean monochromatic theme, featuring grand bouquet centerpieces — lush with black and white “panda” anemones, white roses, and ruffled ranunculus in white matte vases — accented with rosemary from Clare’s cut flower garden to add an earthy and scent-sensory touch.
We filled in the tablescapes with midnight blue candle votives and napkins, and crafted flower meadows to bring more life to the shelving behind the bakery and in the private room.
The client was thrilled with the environment we created, and the guests had a lively and memorable evening with much discussion about our fantastic florals!
